Thank you for taking part in the Surrey Three Peaks Challenge to raise awareness and funds for Age UK Surrey!
Age UK Surrey is an independent charity dedicated to providing services and activities to tackle loneliness, help keep older people living independently and feeling connected to society, and also provides support to those with dementia and their families.
As part of our newly launched Age Better Together in Surrey Campaign we are working to raise awareness that if we act now, we can age better! By joining one of our Surrey challenges, you are not only helping yourself by staying fit and healthy, but you are also helping your community and those that may struggle to stay connected and active in society. We need your help more than ever — together, we can change lives in Surrey
£10 - can help fund a Better Balance exercise class, supporting older people to improve their mobility and reduce the risk of serious injury from fall
£40 – can help our expert Advisors answer more calls to our Information and Advice line. These calls often allow us to carry out benefit checks, which can unlock much-needed extra income for older people who are struggling financially
£100 - can help us run our Dementia Support Services in Milford, Mytchett and Ash, and expand this vital support into East Surrey, Woking and Guildford.
